揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物(VOCs)作為影響環(huán)境的有機(jī)廢氣污染物.研究表明工業(yè)固定污染源的VOCs的排放量占到人為源排放總量的1/5,其中非甲烷總烴(NMHC)作為一類可以代表?yè)]發(fā)性有機(jī)物含量的物質(zhì)統(tǒng)稱,非甲烷總烴的檢測(cè)變得十分重要.

浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司為準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量核算排污單位揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物的排放,VOCs自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)成為監(jiān)測(cè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。通過(guò)對(duì)VOCs自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)儀非甲烷總烴進(jìn)行了儀器性能(精密度和線性誤差)和實(shí)際樣品比對(duì)測(cè)試分析。利用低、中、高濃度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體對(duì)某排污單位無(wú)組織廠界基于GC-FID分析方法的VOCs自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)儀非甲烷總烴的精密度和線性誤差進(jìn)行分析測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明:自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)儀非甲烷總烴的重復(fù)性能控制在5%以內(nèi),線性誤差能控制在±10%以內(nèi)。分別采用玻璃注射器和PVF采樣氣袋與自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)儀同時(shí)采集樣品進(jìn)行比對(duì)測(cè)試,自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)儀與玻璃注射器采樣測(cè)試結(jié)果誤差在±0.5 mg/m~3以內(nèi),氣袋采樣測(cè)試結(jié)果部分樣品誤差略超出±0.5 mg/m~3。玻璃注射器本底低于氣袋,測(cè)試結(jié)果優(yōu)于氣袋采樣結(jié)果。

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are organic waste gas pollutants that affect the environment. Studies have shown that the emissions of VOCs from industrial fixed pollution sources account for 1/5 of the total emissions from anthropogenic sources, of which non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC) can be used as a category. The general term for substances representing the content of volatile organic compounds, and the detection of non-methane total hydrocarbons has become very important.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. In order to accurately measure and calculate the emission of volatile organic compounds in pollutant discharge units, automatic VOCs monitoring has become the development trend of monitoring. The performance (precision and linearity error) of the VOCs automatic monitor non-methane total hydrocarbons was compared and analyzed with actual samples. Using low, medium, and high concentration standard gases to analyze and test the precision and linearity of the non-methane total hydrocarbons of the VOCs automatic monitor based on the GC-FID analysis method in the unorganized factory boundary of a certain sewage unit, the results show that the automatic monitor is non-methane The repeatability of the total hydrocarbon is controlled within 5%, and the linear error can be controlled within ±10%. The glass syringe and PVF sampling air bag were used to collect samples at the same time as the automatic monitor for comparison and test. The absolute error of the automatic monitor and glass syringe sampling test results was within ±0.5 mg/m~3, and the air bag sampling test results were absolute for some samples. The error slightly exceeds ±0.5 mg/m~3. The background of the glass syringe is lower than the air bag, and the test result is better than the air bag sampling result.
