浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司采用4%聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M+1%KOHGXD-401為固定相,2m×3mm玻璃填充柱分離三甲胺,FID檢測。該方法有較高靈敏度和良好的線性關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:在柱溫140℃,進(jìn)樣口溫度180℃,檢測器溫度180℃,氮流量30mL/min時,平均回收率為100 3%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為3%。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于惡臭污染源排氣及廠界環(huán)境空氣中三甲胺的測定。當(dāng)采樣體積為10L時，方法最低檢出濃度為2.5-3×10mg/m3。 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測定以氣體狀態(tài)存在的三甲胺。 樣品中的氨、甲胺、乙胺、二甲胺等胺類化合物在本方法選定的色譜條件下，均不干擾三甲胺的測定。
