海洋源的羰基硫(Carbonyl sulfide,COS)、二甲基硫(Dimethylsulfide,DMS)和二硫化碳(Carbon disulfide,CS<,2>)是海洋表層水和大氣中豐富的3種揮發(fā)性硫化物.其中COS在大氣中濃度高,壽命長(zhǎng),能傳輸?shù)狡搅鲗有纬闪蛩猁}氣溶膠,影響大氣輻射平衡和加速平流層O<,3>損耗;DMS是海洋排放的重要的揮發(fā)性硫化物,在大氣氧化后生成的非海鹽硫酸鹽通過(guò)直接和間接輻射強(qiáng)迫影響全球氣候;CS<,2>在環(huán)境的濃度較前兩者低,主要環(huán)境效應(yīng)表現(xiàn)在它是對(duì)流層大氣中COS的主要源.這三者在對(duì)流層都能被氧化成SO<,2>,終形成硫酸鹽,對(duì)區(qū)域算沉降有較大貢獻(xiàn).近岸海域在全球揮發(fā)性硫化物的排放中占有較大的份額,特別是受到人為因素干擾、富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化嚴(yán)重的區(qū)域.這些區(qū)域所產(chǎn)生的COS、DMS和CS<,2>對(duì)全球硫循環(huán)有著重要貢獻(xiàn).由于三者源匯的復(fù)雜性,使得區(qū)域數(shù)據(jù)無(wú)法外推全球尺度,精確評(píng)估COS、DMS和CS<,2>的環(huán)境效應(yīng)還需全球各個(gè)海域數(shù)據(jù)的支持.論文的主要工作是完善環(huán)境大氣和海洋表層水中COS、DMS和CS<,2>的采樣及測(cè)量方法,并以此方法獲得中國(guó)近海典型海域大氣和海水中COS、DMS和CS<,2>的濃度水平.討論海洋濃度、大氣濃度和海氣通量的關(guān)系.在已有DMS測(cè)量工作的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了同時(shí)適合COS、DMS和CS<,2>大氣采樣的預(yù)濃縮方式、氧化物去除和除濕裝置,優(yōu)化了GC-FPD測(cè)量大氣和海水樣品的色譜條件,達(dá)到了完善并整合了同時(shí)采集和測(cè)量環(huán)境大氣和海水中COS、DMS和CS<,2>的目的
