浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司研究了工作場(chǎng)所空氣中硫酰氟的直接進(jìn)樣氣相色譜測(cè)定方法。用本方法對(duì)某消毒設(shè)備廠的殺蟲(chóng)柜的排放系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽樣測(cè)定，共采集了24個(gè)樣品，其中只有2個(gè)樣品中檢出了硫酞氟濃度分別是9. 8mg/m3 ,19mg/m3，其余樣品中的硫酞氟的濃度均低于本方法的后檢出濃度0. 92mg/m。本方法在0--41. 70mg/m'范圍內(nèi)呈線性關(guān)系，回歸方程式Y(jié) = 227.4X+119.6，相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.9997;方法的重現(xiàn)性好，不同濃度的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差在1.7%^4.9％之間;在以3倍噪聲計(jì)算所得檢出限為0.46ng(進(jìn)樣0.5mL)，低檢出濃度為0.92mg/m}。該方法用毛細(xì)管色譜柱代替填充柱，操作簡(jiǎn)便，測(cè)定快速，結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確，重復(fù)性好，該方法的低檢出濃度遠(yuǎn)低于中國(guó)制定的時(shí)間加權(quán)平均容許濃度20mg/m，為準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)價(jià)硫酞氟對(duì)人體健康的危害提供的檢測(cè)手段。
