為探討我國粘膠作業(yè)工人的實際二硫化碳 (CS2 )接觸水平以及現(xiàn)有的監(jiān)測方法的代表性 ,浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司應(yīng)用國際上統(tǒng)一的采樣分析方法對某粘膠長絲車間進行了車間空氣中 CS2 濃度和 CS2 作業(yè)工人接觸水平進行了測定 ,并對測定作業(yè)場所的 3種監(jiān)測方法的代表性進行了評價.結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn) ,用采樣泵活性碳吸收管采樣并以氣相色譜分析法檢測車間固定點 CS2 濃度為 :2 3.2 9± 1.35 m g/ m3,多功能氣體分析儀測定結(jié)果為 12 .73m g/ m3,用個體采樣法測得工人的實際接觸水平為 :2 0 .0 5 mg/ m3.因而認為 :不宜以常用的車間內(nèi)空氣濃度來替代工人實際接觸水平 ,因兩者差異有統(tǒng)計學意義 (P<0 .0 1) ;建議工人實際接觸水平應(yīng)為個體采樣法所測的結(jié)果或應(yīng)以時間加權(quán)平均濃度表示為宜.
