一直以來車用汽油中含氧化合物分析基本均采用ASTMD4815或SH/T0663的方法,但隨著車用汽油產品標準GB/T17930-2006版的出臺,ASTMD4815和SH/T0663兩種方法存在著部分含氧化合物分離效果較差、甲醇檢測限達不到要求的問題,因此該分析方法迫切需要改進。
浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發(fā)有限公司提出采用多維氣相色譜,利用經過硅烷化處理后的約1mTCEP微填柱和30mHH-1彈性毛細管柱,TCD和FID雙檢測器進行樣品分離及檢測,經過對柱系統(tǒng)和操作條件的優(yōu)化,可準確地分析車用汽油中C1~C4醇類和醚類含氧化合物,甲醇檢測限達到0.05%。方法重復性的相對標準偏差(RSD)≤0.827%,標準樣品回收率在90%~110%之間。

The analysis of oxygenated compounds in automotive gasoline has basically adopted the method of ASTMD4815 or SH/T0663, but with the introduction of the automotive gasoline product standard GB/T17930-2006 version, the two methods of ASTMD4815 and SH/T0663 have some content. The separation effect of oxygen compounds is poor and the detection limit of methanol is not up to the required problem, so the analytical method urgently needs to be improved.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. proposes to use multidimensio nal gas chromatography, using a bout 1mTCEP micro-packed column and 30mHH-1 elastic capillary column after silanization treatment, TCD and FID dual detectors for sample separation and detection. The optimization of the column system and operating co nditions can accurately analyze C1-C4 alcohols and ether oxygen-co ntaining compounds in automotive gasoline, and the detection limit of methanol reaches 0.05%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of method repeatability is less than or equal to 0.827%, and the recovery rate of standard samples is between 90% and 110%.
