The experiment researched the influence of analysis conditions, gas source and quantitative method on the quantitative accuracy of NMHC. Considering the lower baseline response and higher sensitivity, choosing appropriate hydrogen and air flow rates, the detection limit of the NMHC method is 0.03 mg/m3 (calculated as carbon), which can ensure the accuracy of low-concentration samples analysis. The experimental results show that CH4 and C3H8 in the standard gas follow the carbon number response law, and their ratio will not affect the accuracy of quantification, and can be appropriately prepared according to the ratio of total hydrocarbon and methane in the sample; for low-concentration samples, the total hydrocarbon with air as the bottom gas The response sensitivity is lower than the response sensitivity of total hydrocarbons with nitrogen as the bottom gas.
