滕州市浩瀚色譜儀器技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司,建立血樣中1,2-二氯乙烷(1, 2-DCE)的氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜測(cè)定方法.方法 采用靜態(tài)頂空分析法,樣品中的1,2-DCE經(jīng)HH-5彈性毛細(xì)管色譜柱分離,氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀檢測(cè),選擇離子定量用62質(zhì)荷比(m/z),確認(rèn)用49、98m/z,測(cè)定血樣中1,2-DCE.結(jié)果 血樣中1,2-DC在0.63~93.98μg/L線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.999 7,定量下限為0.63μg/L(取血樣2.0 ml).批內(nèi)相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為2.9%~6.7%,批間RSD為3.4%~8.1%,加標(biāo)回收率為83.2%~94.1%,樣品在-8℃以下可保存7d.結(jié)論 本法靈敏度高、干擾少、度和準(zhǔn)確度好、操作簡(jiǎn)便、易普及,可作為檢測(cè)職業(yè)中毒患者血樣中1,2-DCE的方法.

Tengzhou Haohao Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 1,2-dichloroethane (1, 2-DCE) in blood samples. The method uses static headspace analysis, 1, 2 in the sample. -DCE was separated by HH-5 elastic capillary column and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. 62 mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) was selected for ion quantification, and 49, 98 m/z was co nfirmed to determine 1,2- in the blood sample. DCE. Results The linear relatio nship between 1,2-DC in 0.63~93.98μg/L was good, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7, the lower limit of quantification was 0.63μg/L (take blood sample 2.0 ml). The relative standard deviation (RSD) in the batch was 2.9%~6.7%, the RSD between batches is 3.4%~8.1%, the recoveries of standard addition are 83.2%~94.1%, and the samples can be stored for 7d below -8°C. Co nclusion The method has high sensitivity, less interference, precision and accuracy. Good, easy to operate, easy to popularize, can be used as a method to detect 1,2-DCE in blood samples of occupatio nal poiso ning patients.
